besides the waterline I don't know why but that portrait of the queen in the second photo doesn't look the same as the one in the first photo.

You should post a photo of both coins side by side showing the obverse.

The log above the tail is extended out from the Beaver and more visible on the left coin.

Denticles look smaller on the left obverse compared to the eight obverse, compare how the letters and denticles line up.

The Queen's forehead sticks out much much more on the one obverse probably from heavy die polishing

Die shift strike on the right coin. You can see the rim is thinner in thinner at the 10 o-clock and double rim at the 5 o-clock. This creates doubling over the ELIZABETH and Regina Legends. Some doubling on the date especially the 9, some in CANADA. Under the KG the waterlines are deformed, ghosting on the beavers back end. I see alot of this searching coins.

Nice chadcoins you nailed it all but one thing.
You got the 9 and the date is much closer to the rim.
It also has denticles vs beads on the obverse side.
