Other than the mouth does anyone see anything other than PMD? Also did his mouth come out of the mint that way?

We've discussed similar damage before, and while no one really can say for sure, this type is probably due to being put in a penny Gumball Machine and turned. It jammed a bit and pushed the metal into the face. Fairly common to see these.

All coins are slightly different and damage is the same. It may look like another coin, but it will differ slightly. This coin makes me think of The Joker of Batman fame.
