Hey guys, I was just wondering if this looks like Doubling, Machine Doubling or just PMD. Realized I forgot the date so I added it.

I would say PMD...circulation flattening (wear and tear)

If the big DDO shows less on that device in doubling:

Then why would your coin be showing stronger doubling than that die. Also note all the other devices are showing the same doubling. So it has to be damage, or die wear moving towards the rim. Just one device affected is not likely. IMOHO
