not my area of interest, but something looks "off".

too well centered, too round, and for the amount of wear it is "trying" to show the devices are too well defined.

OK. No more mystery. The item is an ebay listing (see link if interested). I'm not a collector of ancient coins and stumbled on this by accident and got curious. I wish to thank all that replied, especially echizento. With his comment I was able to locate the pics of a genuine 'Mark Anthony denarius' on the Numista website. Interesting stuff. Note that the ebay seller makes no claim that this is even a coin ... of course somebody might thing they had made a great 'find'.
