Not an expert, but I've been led to believe this is not enough off-center to add value.

I'm not sure if it's slightly off center or if it's a misaligned die issue. Is the reverse normal? Always post pictures of both sides of the coin if you can.

Oijogja is correct on this one. Only when the devices are cut off does the coin demand a premium. This one's cutting into the rim and nothing else. It's just a cent.

Agreed, we need the reverse of the coin to be for sure.

To my eyes it looks like a common MAD, even if it is, still is a decent find for a new collector.

Normal coin with slight MAD. Not enough to be collectable though.
