I found a 2011 LSC with interesting LB initials on the reverse. What is this?

If the initials look similar on the other side of the die, but flowing to the right, it maybe a DDD issue? Note on ONE? That device looks altered as well. If 'T' on CENT also shows the same thing, but in a different direction, then it maybe cause by DDD. ( Die Deterioration Doubling)

Note also on the obverse, you can see the start of DDD on the right side of the date and the left side of Liberty.
