Just wanted to get a second opinion that this coin was a grease struck-thru, or if not, how to describe it. I pulled it from a fresh Loomis roll the 2nd week after release, from two boxes that were entirely fresh rolls of 2019 D Guams only, so I know it's not circulation damage.

Thanks for your thoughts!

It does look as if it was Struck Through Grease. The hazy surfaces, missing design elements and deep rims are all signs of a Grease Filled Die strike.

Nice coin!

Looks like a Greaser, but what is the weight.

It weighs 5.7 g (assume my scale rounded up from 5.65, since it measured 5.6g once out of several weighings). Why do you ask?

If the planchet is underweight, the the strike will be weaker on the areas where the metal it thinner.
If the die is filled with some grease, it will prevent a full strike, but usually the other devices will be a bit stronger.
Thus the question about the weight.

Oh, cool! Good to know. Hadn't considered that possibility. Thanks for the explanation! I really appreciate the collective expertise of this forum!

(Btw, Coop, is there a website where I can scroll through all your amazing work and info on your images instead of in a video format?)
