It's sometimes called a "fancy serial number" note. It's not a real collectible unless you have the true ladder of 12345678 or the 23456789, and sometimes the reverse of those numbers. They only occur once each in a 96,000,000 note run.
Other serial numbers can sell for a few bucks. I've always thought of a binary note as all 1's and 0's, but I could be wrong. I do have a note that I saved, the serial number is 43332111. I call it a "descending step ladder," but I wouldn't pay a premium for it.
