My 1st question is this. I have a 2013 $1 star note that the serial # adds up to 13. Circulated, no creases, a little waves, sharp but not super sharpe corners. Thoughts? I'm very new to all this but through my job I have access to all kinds of currencies. Soooo I'm learning
My second question is, I have a run of brand new 2s uncirculated but they have been put through a counter for verification. (They're not star notes) the numbers go from 54656131-54656175. I would appreciate any thoughts on these at well.

Here's the data on your star note. You can check star notes at http://www.mycurrencycollection.com...notes/lookup

Hope this helps!

Welcome to CCF MonkeyG.

The consecutive $2's are a normal everyday thing for US paper money. Just about all US paper money is consecutive when new. Some banks keep more new money, including $2's this particular time of year.
