I cant find another one like this on the internet. I thin it is a German Navy hospital token because Lazarett is German for hosoital. I have no idea what its purpose is.

@dman95, hmm I don't see this one listed in tokencatalog.com. Is the other side the same as the one pictured?

It is 24mm in diameter and my small magnet doesn't stick to it.

navy hospital ? Back in the day they gave out tokens that could be used by the wounded for cigarettes, candy etc. while in hospital most armed services used some form of them either paper chits, or hard minted tokens.
