I'm going by these photos. the coin looks a little over dipped. UNC details. if there is consistent luster throughout the coin it could go as high as MS66 but the lighting here makes the coin flat and dull and I can only go on that

I'll say it has a good shot at 66.

Oh sorry about the pics they're too bright. This coin is a luster bomb! I'll get a better photo of each side!

I switched the pics for better ones. Theres some chatter on Lib's cheek but overall fairly clean. Also the holder is a tiny bit marked up. It is a couple decades old holder!

Paramount holder by chance?

Easy 64, likely a MS65. Would need to seen in hand or out of holder.

I'm at obverse MS-64, reverse MS-65, net MS-64. The contact marks on the cap, wheat ears, cheek and the rim dings at 10-11-12 on the obverse are the limiting factors. I agree that the coin looks a bit overdipped, but I don't think it is enough to detail the coin. Net straight grade MS-64.

This is a fairly late die state, with strong metal flow to the rims and some aggressive die polishing (see the sixth right star and lower hair curls on the obverse and the motto on the reverse). There are some beginning die breaks (third left star and hair). These should aid with VAM attribution.

Thus has been a tough one for me to VAM attribute! Still working on it so thanks for the insight with the die markers!

New Photos much better. MS65 sounds right but I think its borderline. I think the luster and light toning helps

With that large scuff on the cheek, MS-64.
