Hi good people hope you had a great Thanksgiving :)

I have a very clean 1961 D-RD Lincoln Cent that has some scenarios going on that I would be delighted to get feedback on.

Are these a variety and if so which one(s)?

Also, can anyone give me an idea of the grade?

Below the bust looks like die abrasion and the line on the 9 is a die crack, looks like another one between the 6 & 1.

I would call the marks under the bust as 'Die Dents'. When the dies get handled, it one drops onto another one, then the contact will leave a mark on the other die.

Huge die dent. The die may have been dropped and that area affected:

Not a Cud. If it were a Cud the rim gutter and the area in question would be raised high above the rim because if a void on the die. There was none, but a strong contact mark that damaged (indented the die).

Thank you,
Is this considered damage and does it take value from a coin? As for the tail on 9...does this add value to the coin.

Basically no. Why? Because all the other examples struck with this die would all show the same die event as it continues to break down until the die is retired. Better to move on to the next coin, because it maybe a better coin, or the next. Just one to pass by into circulation.
