I believe this is a double die? Or double lettering. I believe there's also an error on the reverse. There's a small dot next to the D in "dime" I was wondering if this might be worth anything above face value? thanks in advance!!

@ray, first welcome to CCF. Second, it is a little hard to tell, but there might be a small die crack emanating from the vertical portion of the letter D in DIME. I do note that this coin took a little hit which affects the middle part of the letters D, I, and M, so that may instead just be a continuation of that damage.
