If it's not doubling there's something going on with a few of the columns on either side of Lincoln. Lincoln seems to have a smaller version of himself sitting on his lap. The obverse has a raised spot that runs through the word trust.

Well, I'm just seeing a normal coin. There are 4 false columns on this design:

Hard to argue, still I think my coin shows more on the inside on both outside columns unless it's just a well struck coin. What about above the C in America and in the middle of the last A.

That is called split plating. It is most often seen on the UNITED area:
