panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18660 Posts	Posted 12/11/2019 3:02 pm looks like an old cleaning and retoned. the dull lifeless sufaces and mottled fields around star 11 through 13. there also appears to be some kind of dig or corrosion around the the A in AMERICA. take a close look at that. this could be all due to the photos as looking at the first set of obverse photos vs the second they look quite different.
