When I crop, enlarge, and enhance your pic, it becomes quite pixelated. The surface and gouge marks look like PSD, but the photo isn't sharp enough to tell for sure. Do you know the weight of the coin in grams? If you could post a picture of both sides of the coin, cropped and large enough to see the details, it would be easier to see just what's going on.
