64RB. Small something across the eyebrow/forehead that keeps this at a 64.
Mid die state obverse die with same mid die state reverse die.

If you look closer their are two parallel lines that is why I called it struck through.

That area could also possibly be a raised lamination? Not sure. I'm also at ms64, solid coin.
