The legends translate something like this:
CONSTANTINVS IVN(ior) NOB(ilissimus) C(aesar) = "Constantine Junior Most Noble Caesar". Caesar at this time was a rank equivalent to "prince", second only to the emperor, whose title was Augustus.
GLORIA EXERCITUS = "Glory of the Army".
SMANS = S(acra) M(oneta) AN(tiochia) S = "Sacred money of Antioch, [workshop] 6". The second "S" in the mint mark is actually the Greek letter stigma, a ligature of S and T, which also functioned as the Greek numeral 6.
This type was struck at mints across the empire, c. AD 330-335.
