1995 Lincoln Memorial Cent - Doubled Die Reverse / DDR ?

It's been a while since I posted on here; been unavailable but have been checking rolls of coins and reading the postings; learning a lot. Right now I have a pretty handful of coins I want to question, but I'm having a hard time of remembering of how to get them from my Dino-lite file to Windows Photo Gallery to here. (if anyone knows the exact steps I'd be very grateful for an outline)(anyway,I know I'll figure it out eventually). Anyways.... This is my first new post, a 1995 LMC. No, it't not the DDO one. It appears to be doubling of the column floors and the top of the (omg! I forget what that thing is called-urn?) The right side also has the same thing at the bottom of some of the columns and the urn(?), along with some of the letters in US of America. Question: Does this appear to be doubled die? Or would more pix of the other areas be more helpful for a diagnosis? (Might take me a bit to get them posted,tho.) Report this Post to the Staff

coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 10/05/2008 5:32 pm The shelf like look tell me it is die movement/machine doubling. I've found coins like that before. Sometimes just the planter tops affected, but it is not from a doubled die. The rest of the coins struck could be normal. It is just a striking issue. Report this Post to the Staff
