Hello all,

I've been a casual coin collector all my life and recently started dabbling in coin roll hunting. The digital microscope I ordered arrived today and I was looking back over some of the coins I had set aside to inspect. The date on this 1969 S cent looked a little interesting. Is that likely caused by damage? The other text on the obverse looks normal to me.

Thank y'all, I very much enjoy reading the posts here

The real big DDO shows doubling stronger on other devices:

Note Liberty and the motto. Forget looking at the date. Machine Doubling happened a lot on the 1968-1972 cents. (very common) In face the big DDO has a very large percentage of machine also on them. Just a spender.
