I can see along the rim and through the Igwt down into the 28 that it seems to be struck by something. There looks to be doubling in God liberty. Theres something going from his hair through the W in we and there might be 4 of them stacked on each other. Can't tell with my awful car pictures. The reverses letter look xtra heavy also

Looks like the affected areas are all incuse. Telling me the coin was altered in circulation. Just a Wheat cent now.
