Reverse looks like it, however the "rim lip" on the obverse throws me off.........I'm wait and learn from what others say.......

At first I thought this was PSD because of the roller area on the straight clipped areas But the weakness of the strike was there, the Blakesley affect is there. But I remember another coin that was posted here once that had the same look on one side of the straight clip:

Note how the edge looks rolled over on that area? So I believe theOP's coin is a legit straight clip planchet error. (On a straight clip the edge can be uneven as it is cut over the edge of the stock material.
