Hey all, still trying to get good at identifying Machine Doubling vs DDO/R.

I have a feeling this is Machine Doubling but I wanted to get your opinions.

You are correct. Because these devices are incuse, the Machine Doubling enlarges the devices. (happens agout 70% of the time on the ATB Quarters, whether minor or stronger) But not a DDR. The DDR is in the target area on the central areas of the designs.
