I looked up the errors for this year and mint, but it stated that the doubling is on the obverse side. The one I have only has it on the Reverse in, "United States of America". I was hoping someone could give me their opinion on if this is legit or if I'm mistaking what I'm seeing. If it is, any ideas on value?

I'm fairly sure this is Die Deterioration Doubling, which does not add value. We'll see if others disagree.

As mentioned, the cause is a Die Deterioration Doubling.there is also evidence of Struck Through Grease on the STATES OF devices which look mushy, fading, flat and wide
its safe to let it go.

Die wear. Note that it flows directly to the closest rim. You can see other die flow lines on the coin. So the die is aging.
