For sure some grease in the die and a die chip. That gouge is interesting though-perhaps also a strike-through.

@Spence thank you and I agree the gash on Kennedys face looks like a strike through and actually curves around the ear and down onto his neck.

I think I see a bit of metal striation lines. So there may also be an issue with Machine Doubling. No premium for this this. Possibly could be a deal breaker because of the MD. But to an error collector of Grease Filled Dies, it may not be a problem?
