I have a 1943 steel penny with a perfect diamond shape the size of a mint mark and in the location of the mint mark.it appears to be "unpunched" is that possible?common?or valuable?

Must be a fad showing pictures -90 degree.

I noticed that at a lot lately.

to CCF...seems like everyone is cranky the day after X-mas....no mint mark means you have a Philly struck cent with a stain...Sorry but no real added value, maybe worth a buck or 2 if you could find anyone to buy it
