Congratulations, most of the claimed "cent on dime planchet" pieces posted are just plated cents. Yours is the read deal. Worth getting alabbed? Probably although any error collector could confirm that it is real themselves. But they do tend to sell for between $500 and $1000 so most people would insist that it be slabbed before they would buy it.

 Would like to add because I didn't see it mentioned that your coin has the required diameter difference for authenticity notice how much coin is missing around the area above "states" on the reverse. Yeah worth slabbing in my opinion too...just don't forget about the family here updates on this coin are always welcome.
