This guy looks pretty affected. You can actually see the effects with the naked eye, but so can't find record of this variety. It only seems to affect the top of the coin. Here's a comp with it against a regular 1975.

Well we need better photos but to my eyes all it is is Die Deterioration Doubling, so it isn't worth anything but a cent.

better photos would help. I actually don't see any doubling. They both look normal to me.

Actually it s a MAD coin. (Mis-aligned-die issue on the machine) Not a collectable until they fall over the edge of the coin.
