So I'm thinking this is a major rpm D/D west. Completely well look at the pics it should say it all! Am I correct or has this been discovered?

Looks to be one you will need to send in to be cataloged before it could be slabbed hopeful with this one please keep us updated. I would die for a discovery coin the main reason I have weighed thousands and thousands of cents.

I'm on the fence with this one..however, I'm leaning towards MD due to the vertical bar of the D looks reduced and some evidence of MD on the bottom of the 4 (slightly removed by damage/hits and wear) and slight MD on the bottom of the 8...that's just what I'm seeing......others?

I'm thinking MD or damage, the mintmark looks to have been reduced in size.

Why bother. With the Machine Doubling visible on the other areas mention, mintmark, '84' on the same direction as the mint mark. The mintmark is reduced in size. Not a RPM.

Looks like it got hit in that MM, the size is same height from these pictures, the stroke width of the D on the left side is actually smaller than the right side.

Edit: I believe coop is correct.
