I think the W is master die doubling as mentioned in this entry: http://www.error-ref.com/master-die-doubling/

The rest I'm really not sure. There's a lot of chatter from circulation hits and it's hard for me to guess what could be hub doubling versus Machine Doubling versus PMD. Someone else might be able to say more, though.

Note the size of the devices. They are normal in size. (With some Machine Doubling present) On a doubled die, the devices will be enlarged:
