well ...I can see copy stamped under the king in topmst picture.....sort of looks like a (copy of) medieval coin

Fake wish coin? There is a lot of fake coins being sold on wish. I see fake coins being sold as real coins often. Be very careful when buying coins from unknowledgable se.

It's a copy of a St. Patrick Farthing Colonial coin struck in Dublin around 1660-1670. These were not very popular in Ireland so they were sent with Immigrants to circulate within the US Colonies as Farthing coinage and accepted as such among merchants.
Again, yours is a COPY.
