Is there any premium on these if circulated? I found a couple of them in melt bins in the past year or two.

It depends on how circulated, above 35 yes. But problem free and real late die state is important as well. EDS of this type is somewhat more common and they are no biggy.

Looks like someone put that in a rock tumbler, or used a sand blaster to clean IMHO, what a waste. Worth melt me thunks.

Sorry--here's an image of the die break from the seller photo. It's a top 100 VAM, but I agree it's pretty much junk silver by now.
