Need Help Determining The Value Of This Coin

Newbie coin New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 01/03/2020 12:47 am I found this 1944 coin in my penny jar recently and have been doing research on rare coins. This coin has no mint mark and two letter "I" in the word liberty. It was spelled like this, "iiberty" but I'm not sure if that makes the value go up. Second, I have taken the liberty of rotating, cropping, enlarging, and enhancing your pic, but it is quite hard to see what is going on with LIBERTY. I suspect that this letter took a hit during circulation which has transformed it into what looks like a letter I. If you can post better pics of this area, we might be able to tell for sure.
