1964 Kennedy Half - Can This Be Both A Doubled Die Reverse / DDR & Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ?

AliLyn Valued Member United States 88 Posts	Posted 01/04/2020 5:31 pm I recently purchased this 1964 Kennedy half, and it seems to be doubled and maybe tripled on both the obverse and reverse. DDO FS-102 and DDR FS-801 if that's even possible, or is it just machine die doubled and wishful thinking? pc] Sorry for so many pictures, but with both sides in question I tried to show as much as possible but have a ton more lol if I missed something. USSID18 Pillar of the Community 5464 Posts	Posted 01/04/2020 6:44 pm Your first few pictures look like MD and Die Deterioration. The bottom of the Y almost looks like the start of some tripling. The notch in the N might be a hit. Your pictures aren't the best. To blurry and to much light reflection. It needs to look something like this: Report this Post to the Staff

Unless I'm seeing obvious notches in the letters or numbers, I say forget it. Others here may have different opinions. Report this Post to the Staff
