1993 D Nickel Struck Through?

I found this 1993 d nickel and noticed a couple gouges on the reverse. Would this be a struck through error, or PMD?

Yes sorry @hokuto, but the smeared metal on either side of these linear marks makes me think that they are damage rather than strike-throughs.
