Not in this condition, I believe, though I would surely have saved it if I came across it.

The serial number is interesting but lacking any numismatic value.

If you like it, keep it.

I think serial numbers like this might be better, but I have no idea what it might actually be worth.

I'm also wondering if bills with a drop digit, or a single digit with noticeably more/heavy ink may have a premium. Or consecutively numbered UNC bills may be worth.

Would love to hear what the experts on this site think.

I would categorize your note with the OP's note, interesting and almost fancy....emphasis on almost. As far as the value of over inking and turned digit notes, it depends on the severity of the error and the condition of the notes.
Notes are distributed in consecutive packs, so I see no added value in having consecutive notes.

Snoopydoo's note is a binary, which some would consider fancy. Some apparently would not, and have much stricter standards. It probably depends on the buyer.

The OP's note, on the other hand, is at best trinary. It's the kind of number that immediately leaps out, and one that I would definitely have saved if I found it (at least on such a low denomination), but it does not fit any of the definitions of fancy serial numbers that I'm aware of, and probably doesn't have a value beyond $1 (at least, yet again, not in this kind of condition).
