I came across this one today, and I do recall seeing this before but unfortunately I cant seem to remember the year or the date I seen it on, it is very faint but hopefully you can see it.

I was hoping someone here might recognize it.

Not a clash,there is nothing there to clash no matter how you rotate it.

Thank you DBM, I edited the topic title to something more appropriate.

I'm not sure where I seen this but I have seen it on another 1 Cent online and I cant remember where so I was hoping someone on here might know, I am still looking but I cant recall if it is even an error/variety or not.
