(Sellers photos - the Portrait is pretty bad)

This is pretty worn, but at the same time 1835 is a very scarce date with only 280k coins minted. Almost as low as 1837 and about the same as the semi key 1903 coin.

My coin is between Good and VG and again has uneven wear, typical of coins of this era. For some reasons the left and right extremes are more worn than the middle. Still thrilled to have this scarce coin.

Some 1835 William coins like the shilling and sixpence are quite easy to get, but not Halfcrowns.

I will show the other coin a bit later.

Two William IV coins from me today - a British farthing and an East India Company rupee:

I won't post my British halfcrown as it's nowhere near as nice as Princetane's!

Wow - really - You will see tomorrow my 1834 is about as worn as it can get!

My second coin is also East India company, but the other side of the denomination scale.

The tiny 1/12 anna I think was the smallest coin they issued, its the size of a coin smaller than a farthing (17.8mm). Locla Indian states issued even smaller ones. This one is fine or so and I like it. The King is replaced by the company arms as India was not fully in the Raj until 1862.

They also issued Mohurs (15 Rupee gold coin) in this era - don't have one and small silver coins (2 annas etc).

1835 Large Cent (Large 8, Large Stars). The date is just barely readable in hand.
