I've got this 1999 Lincoln Cent and was wondering what this was on the reverse. There is an added chunk next to the T in UNITED

I'd say that's a keep or spend as you see fit. Die chips are fairly common, and one as small as that probably carries no premium in that condition. So it's really up to how much you like die chips and want to collect them.

@hokuto, can you please confirm that this spot cannot be depressed with a wooden toothpick? If so, then it would be a plating bubble rather than a die chip.

Does not look like a die chip to me. Plating gas bubble or trapped "hard" debris.

I took a toothpick to it and nothing changed. Sorry for not having full pics, I'll upload them tomorrow I'm not home now.
