I was wondering if State Quarter with a die crack is worth getting graded? Does PCGS or NGC grade die cracks?

No, die cracks like that are fairly common.

I don't think a die crack increases the value of a coin.
It's more like a die chip, a minor production problem.
And if that quarter can't get at least an MS-69, sending it in for grading will cost you more than it's worth.

I keep these but would never send off for grading. I guess it just depends on what you like.

it looks like a die gouge, rolling off the end of the roof, more than it looks like a die crack (to me)..
