I'm guessing MS-64.
Gorgeous toning that I'll bet just pops from the luster.
Very nice, Grape.

I will add one thing. According to the seller whom I know, the apparent bag marks on the obverse are toning stripes, not actual bagmarks.

Ya'll funny! I've broke several out, removed toning and came out with beautiful coins, last one being an MS63 95 O.

JK about the 95.... LOL, don't have a cow but I have rescued many ugly toned Morgans.

ugly toned

Keyword Ugly. This one in my personal opinion, and if I may presume, in the opinions of others is attractive. I don't care in the slightest of you dip ugly grey and black morgans, or lightly toned yellowish or hazy ones. But leave these well alone.

I'm not a huge fan of toning as what ive seen it tends to degrade over time but this one has a lot of eye appeal as the toning is quite even across it and it is a pleasing color with the purples peaking through. the 82(S) are known for bold sharp strikes and this one doesn't disappoint. nice coin and I don't see anything that would keep this one out of the MS66 grade
Rest in Peace
