I'd say XF-45, nice and original. Too much wear on the hair to be AU.

is this the natural color of the coin?

for me I'm at XF45 I agree with Zurie. harder to find nice ones in this series

XF 40 - The wear on the hair by the band, and forelock on her forehead is flat.

Very nice coin but I would change the heading for future reference.
You have it as a 1924 instead of 1824

I'm revising my grade based on the new photos also. That reverse is dynamite, but I think the wear on the hair holds it to AU-50.
