Could be any number of things from environmental exposure to heat.
Copper can change to many colours depending on what it was exposed to.

Frist an for most I would like to say I'm new to coin collecting, I haven't seen a coin with this particular color. I thought I would ask the community to get some idea of what the blue color might be, it's different. Ok great, thank you!!

To me the dark blueish colour suggests heat damage, but any number of environmental exposures could be a factour.
