The T is partially grease filled. You can still see the outline where the T is.

As I understand, the "error" is caused by a Grease Filled Die in all cases, so this would be an example just with a less-weak "T" than the more extreme examples. I'm very skeptical about this "error" in general since it's almost entirely driven by hype rather than anything about scarcity or the type of error (minor grease-filled dies would rarely carry any premium at all). But maybe someone more knowledgeable can educate me about this coin if I'm mistaken.

it isn't very rare or have much of any premium. It's just been hyped up by many youtubers.

This was popular back during the "States" quarters craze. But just a bit of grease in the die. Pretty much a normal coin now days. When the devices filled get to the 80% or higher, then error collectors take note of them:
