I think this coin is Uncirculated. I have collected coins for 45 yrs. but when the grades get higher I just don't see them correctly. I see the good but not the bad. Please be critical, help me learn.

I would say Unc detail ; cleaned

It could be the picture, but the colors look typical of a old cleaning, but the coin has retoned since.

I'm with Hounddog_Bill
AU55
I see wear on both the obverse and reverse.
Moustache tip, ermine band, robe chain, ribbon bow, pitcher plant at ten o'clock, &c.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Very nice coin, I am thinking you have a slider here, could go ms-60/ au 55, questionable color, perhaps an old cleaning..

I thought the streaking might have been a result of cleaning residue. Shame someone cleaned a pretty decent coin.. Thank you everyone. Hovering between AU and MS is where I was so I feel good about the opinions and my own eye. Any thoughts on spending money and getting it graded? Thanks again.

AU+ nice coin.

I wouldn't bother with getting it graded, but that's up to you.
