JoeBrown77 New Member United States 8 Posts	Posted 01/31/2020 02:58 am Hello folks I was recently organizing a collection of wheat back pennies when I came across this 1861 Nova Scotia 1/2 cent. I'm somewhat new at this but I believe it's in pretty good condition for its age and I also think it might have a die crack on the obverse. Any thoughts would be much appreciated thank you. As far as cleaned I can tell you I have not done anything personally to it other than photograph it and then put it in a protective case. I agree - the lightness of the flat parts of the design compared to the wreath and legend makes it look like it has been cleaned at some point but it's not shiny so it wasn't any time recently.
