to CCF. It is not a doubled die,it is Machine Doubling.No added value.

Kind of looks a bit like some doubling to me too. Yet probably just some more MD.

133 people submitted machine doubled 1969-S convinced they had the big DDO. Here is one that is a MS-65 coin:

Note there is no grading as a doubled die, but the graded note MS-65. Value $12. It probably cost then more than $12 to have it graded. Lesson. Make sure you know what you have before sending the coin in. (also you can click on the image on the link and enlarge the size to huge and you can see that they were looking at what you are seeing on your coin, but the coin on this link is a better grade coin.
There were a lot of 1968-1972 cents that had Machine Doubling on them. Even the doubled dies had a large percentage of them having MD. (most)

Note the yellow arrows. Those are the MD areas, but the coin is a doubled die obverse.

You coin is just show Machine Doubling. Sorry.

Classic Machine Doubling. I have a couple dozen of the '69 S examples. Lot goin' on in San Francisco back then.
