The end coins are a Memorial cent and a shield cent.

What I want to know is who uses this kind of grey translucent plastic to roll cents ?

Why is there no bank or organisation name ?

Are crimped ends common?

Ordinary Canadian coins come that way from the mint. Anyone can get the equipment to package coins that way-I gather that you use a heat gun to shrink the ends so that the coins stay put. Obviously in this case somebody just made a very small one.

There is no name on the wrapper because there is no requirement to do so and whoever did it thought that this way was cheaper.

The advantage of plastic is that you more easily see that somebody is not filling the rolls properly.

Thanks.
I collect roll wrappers and bags, though I don't have many roll wrappers.

I think I'll just throw this wrapper away.

Incidentally, the oldest cent was 1968 and the newest 2016.
