An 'Inflation 1922' banknote made from the top half of an unused 'clocking-in' card! Fabulous 'very interesting' pieces that help to turn a nice collection into a much better one.........

These 500m and 200m pieces dating from 1922 are all hand-written. They made 3 different face-value pieces : 200 + 300 + 500m

@CelticKnot - many thanks - good to know people are enjoying my posts. I have such a varied collection, it is always nice to show some of the scarcer or more interesting pieces to others. I'm a 'Murray'. What clan R U?!

This 1914 early notgeld piece from Emmagrube was issued on part of a shares certificate: The certificates for these Emmagrube pieces were, in this case, specifically shares in mines or mining companies......known as 'Kux-scheine'. The notgeld were issued by the 'Rybniker Steinkohlen-Gewerkschaft' (Coal Union of Rybnik)

For these Emmagrube 'Kuxschein' pieces, the shares certificate was cut into 12 different pieces (3 columns and 4 rows)- so there are 12 different backs to collect, which would make up the complete certificate. The piece above is from the top row and the middle column - so is piece 'No.2'
