Can someone explain how this note with 2 corner issues get a UNC 64? There is not even a comment. The reverse is more obvious.

i know nothing about the printing of these notes, but I see a chad in one corner and a saw-toothed in-cut semicircle in the other, both of which suggest a legitimate detatchment from a larger sheet - and thus not a grading factor. Just a guess.

The note is in the PMG database. It is in one of those new PMG holders so recently graded. There are also 5535 higher.

Yes, I can accept it is still an uncirculated note but I'd expect a remark as they do with holes, pins and stain.
