Coinfrog Bedrock of the Community United States 94367 Posts	Posted 06/15/2020 09:12 am i know nothing about the printing of these notes, but I see a chad in one corner and a saw-toothed in-cut semicircle in the other, both of which suggest a legitimate detatchment from a larger sheet - and thus not a grading factor.
